Sewer Scope Inspection

A camera-based inspection of the sewer line from the home to the city tap or septic — one of the most critical systems in the home, and one not visible during a standard home inspection.

What we inspect

A sewer camera is inserted through the exterior cleanout and run through the main line. The line is checked for cracks, root intrusion, sags (bellies), offsets, blockages, and material changes. Video is recorded and included with the report.

This inspection provides a clear view of the sewer line’s condition before closing.
