A Thorough Look at the Home

Roof coverings, flashing, penetrations, gutters and downspouts, exterior cladding, trim, porches, balconies and decks (where applicable).
Electrical Systems
Service panels, main disconnect, accessible wiring, receptacles, switches, lighting, GFCI and AFCI protection (where installed), and associated components.
Heating & Cooling
Installed equipment, accessible ductwork, thermostats, and a basic performance evaluation when conditions permit.
Plumbing Systems
Water supply and distribution, drain, waste and vent systems, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters (type and condition), and visible gas distribution (where present).
Interior & Appliances
Walls, ceilings, floors, stairs, railings, windows and doors, fireplaces (visual only), and installed appliances (as applicable and within the scope of the Standards of Practice).
